Wyndham Omaha Hotel - West Dodge, Omaha

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were slightly dirty and had a smell right off the bat, but at least there were clean towels available. The service was very helpful and friendly, although they taped over their name on the sign in the lobby. The location was perfect for meeting up and doing activities, and the dining experience was subpar as the complimentary breakfast was not included. The facilities were decent overall.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The rooms were very nice and clean, although they had a slight cigarette smell, which was unexpected for a non-smoking room. The hotel staff were largely pleasant and helpful, but there was a slight issue with getting a check-out receipt promptly. The location was convenient, and the best we have experienced in over a year and a half of traveling. The dining options were basic and could be improved, but at the price we paid, I have no complaints about buying my own breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located, right off the interstate and Dodge Street, and close to Westroads for dining. The rooms had a foul odor that seemed like they had just been fumigated, but the receptionist was helpful. The service was a bit lacking with staff talking on the phone and texting at times. The hotel's location is its best feature, although lacking alternative solutions to problems didn't help. Dining was just okay, with an option for either buffet or menu. The facilities were decent.
